A short story about me

I'm a Product Designer and XR Specialist crafting user-centered digital experiences across enterprise platforms, operational applications, and immersive technologies. My work sits at the intersection of functionality and visual storytelling designing products that are intuitive, purposeful, and built for the real world.

At the United Nations Office of Information and Communications Technology in Bangkok, I've designed and shipped products used by peacekeeping personnel globally across two complementary disciplines: enterprise product design and immersive experience design.

On the product design side, I led the UI/UX for the Electronic Rations Management System (ERMS) and Electronic Fuel Management System (EFMS), along with their companion scanner applications interfaces designed to reduce cognitive load and perform dependably under pressure.

On the immersive side, I've designed and developed VR training applications including EFMS VR training, a UN fire safety simulation, and "Carbon World" a real-scale environmental data visualization in VR where interaction design, spatial navigation, and narrative flow all converge.

My toolkit centers on Figma for product design, with Unity and Unreal Engine 5 for immersive experiences bringing both design sensibility and technical execution to the same table. A BFA in Printmaking and a background in photography give me a compositional eye that informs every interface I build.

I believe great design is quiet it gets out of the way and lets people do what they came to do.

My Expertise

I design digital products and immersive experiences that solve real operational challenges, combining user research, structured design thinking, and hands-on technical execution across both screen-based and spatial interfaces.

Wireframing

I map out user flows and interface structures before a single pixel is styled. From enterprise tools like ERMS and EFMS to immersive VR experiences, my wireframes serve as a shared language between stakeholders, developers, and end users keeping the design process aligned and efficient.

Prototype design

Using Figma, I build interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life before development begins. Whether it's a scanner application for field use or a data dashboard for operational management, I prototype to test, validate, and refine, reducing risk and ensuring the final product delivers on both usability and intent.

UX Research

Every product I design starts with understanding the people who will use it. Working within the United Nations, I've conducted user research with diverse, globally distributed audiences from field peacekeepers to administrative staff translating complex operational needs into clear, actionable design decisions.

Immersive XR Design & Development

Beyond the screen, I design and develop Extended Reality experiences using Unity and Unreal Engine 5. My XR projects at the UN include VR training applications for the Electronic Fuel Management System, a fire safety training simulation, and "Carbon World," a real-scale environmental data visualization in VR. I approach XR design with the same user-centered thinking as any product, considering spatial navigation, interaction design, and narrative flow to create experiences that are not just visually compelling but genuinely effective as training and communication tools.

From UI/UX to 3D

What sets my work apart is the ability to move fluidly between two worlds that rarely overlap. I design intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise systems, and I build immersive 3D environments where users don't just interact with information; they step inside it.

This dual expertise isn't just a technical advantage. It means I think about user experience at every dimension, whether that's a clean dashboard a field operator navigates under pressure or a virtual training space a peacekeeper walks through before their first deployment. The same principles apply: clarity, purpose, and empathy for the person on the other end.

With over 8 years at the United Nations, I've had the rare opportunity to practice both disciplines on products that genuinely matter designing tools that support real missions, real people, and real impact around the world.
